VisualDNA is educational AI analysis, not a DNA test. We don't sequence anything. We don't store a genetic profile. We use a vision model to read traits in your photo and the answers you choose to share, and we wrap them in real history. Think of it as a tour guide — not a lab.
Photos are processed to generate your report and are not used to train models. You can delete your scans at any time inside the app.

Is this a DNA test?
No. VisualDNA is an AI vision app. It reads visible traits in a single selfie and combines them with the answers you share during onboarding. It is built for education and entertainment — not medical, ancestry, or identity decisions.
What happens to my photo?
Your selfie is sent to our analysis pipeline to generate your report and is held only as long as you keep the report in your history. Photos are not used to train models. You can delete a scan at any time from inside the app.
How long does a scan take?
About 45 seconds end to end — a few onboarding taps, the selfie, a face-mesh animation, then your reveal.
How accurate are the results?
The traits we read (pigment range, texture, face geometry) come from your photo. The regional and cultural framing is the model's best guess — fun, often surprising, never definitive. Always read it as a guided tour, not a verdict.
Is it free?
You can try a scan without signing up. Some features (history, sharing, additional scans) may require an account or a small subscription. See the App Store listing for current pricing.
